Patent attorneys act as legal counselors of companies. When an inventor submits his invention, the patent attorney gets to start his work. It is imperative then for patent attorneys to be experts in international law as it applies to patents and inventions worldwide.

When the patent is approved and issued, the patent attorney takes care of the licensing issues regarding the patent. Then it is his duty to draft and discuss agreements that allow others to use or market the invention upon payment of a reasonable amount to the patent holder.

The job of patent attorneys does not only entail patent receiving and licensing, but also giving legal advice to clients, representing their clients with regard to trade secret law,  trademark law, and copyright law. They may further seek permission for their clients that enable them  to employ intellectual property that is governed by others.

Losing fat and gaining muscle should always go hand in hand. You will need to make a lifestyle change in your eating habits. Make plans to clean out your kitchen of processed foods and other unhealthy foods and go grocery shopping. Shop around the perimeter of the store first. This is where most grocery stores keep all of the healthy foods such as dairy, fruits, vegetables, fish and meats. Use this space to do most of your grocery shopping in. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and fend off unnecessary hunger.

Second is exercise. You must maintain a healthy routine of both weight training and aerobic exercise in order to boost your metabolism, lose fat and gain muscle.

Third are supplements. These are important because they will help you get all of the nutrients you can from your healthy foods. Start with a daily multivitamin, but be sure to check with your medical professional as some have added herbs that can interact poorly with your body or medicines.

Fat loss and muscle gain are possible provided you are willing to put in the effort required in this endeavor. I’m not going to tell you it’s easy and you will see results overnight. You won’t. You need to work hard at this and stick with eating healthy and exercising on a regular basis.

How to Tie Catfish Fishing Rigs

The Texas Rig

The Texas rig is mainly used with plastic worms. The hook is placed through the thickest part of the worm right below the head. You need to push it up all the way to the eye of the hook. You will then put the tip of the hook halfway through the body of the worm about three forth of the way to the tail.

Make sure that it does not go all the way through. This prevents the hook from snagging on anything while you are fishing.

The first step in tying a Texas rig is to choose the type of knot you want to use. The clinch knot seems to work the best for many anglers. Next, you need to place your sinker on the line first with the large end facing towards the hook. Use the clinch knot to tie the hook securely onto the line and then you are ready for the bait. This is a very simple rig to sit up.

The Texas rig can be used most anywhere and it makes casting your line very accurate. It works well when fishing in areas that are grassy or rough where hooks can get hung up easily. It is the perfect rig to use when you need your bait to bump the bottom of the water so you can reel it up a bit and then let it float back down to the bottom again.

Developing a Heavy Bag Workout
